Welcome to my tutorial thread! Please find whatever you're looking for, then post how it came out! (And maybe even a picture, too! *See the User Art section*)
The Story of Bo: I was doodling this dog one day, and realized I could draw him in many different ways and could make a tutorial out of all these ways. He needed a name. "Patch" was his original name due to the patches on his back, eye, tail, and ear. One time when I drew him with a collar, I simply put the letter "P." I noticed that it looked like a "B." I joked about calling him "Bob" instead of "Patch," and actually decided on it. But when I wrote "Bob" on the piece of paper, the last "b" got cut off. I liked "Bo" better, so his name is Bo. I actually didn't realize that it was the same name as Bo until I came on the NKC that day and saw his thread. XD
First, you must make two pac men about to eat each other. Keep them far enough apart that they won't kill each other.
Someone decided to put a bar on top of them to keep them apart. Curve it a little at the intersept and on top of the bar to keep it from being too boxy.
They decided to turn it into a Superman symbolish thing. Keep it curved, and make sure the bottom part is nice and wide...Sort of.
OH NOES! TEH ALIEN TRIANGLE WANTS TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD NOW! Keep it low, or else it will kill the birds. Dead birds=Huge no-no.
The alien fired his rockets! Keep the middle of them in line with the points.
Yay! OUr small black rockets destroyed the rocket! Oh no! They already destroyed two little dots! Erase the part diagonally downward from the corner of the rockets.
OH NOES! It couldn't withstand the weight! More broke off! For smaller ears, erase upward. For bigger and/or pointier ears erase downward.
Because of all this trouble they caused, the Pac Men decided to close their big mouthes, but they are so big they don't close all the way. Keep those mouthes curvey!
We rebuilt the walls the aliens destroyed. The more you curve it in, the more the ears will stick out.
Wait, the head it FLOATING? Add supports! If you want, you can make it curve in a bit at the bottom.
Hey! It looks like a dog! Add details! Bo has those details, add whatever ones you want.
I'm well aware. You obviously didn't pay attention to Bo's story. I put that to avoid confusion. And so I wouldn't feel the urge to use Mr.Indifferent, who I absolutly dispise.
@Labby: If I make one, I'll add a few graphics tips for you. Or a simply graphics one. :o
The funny comments also make it much easier to remember, so you don't have to go to the thread everytime you want to try it. I found it extremely easy to remember, merely because of the funny story that went along with it.
