Your right, her coat (from what I've seen) really does look Pyr-ish.

OMGOMGOMOMOGMGOMOMGOMGOMG!!!

So...it's been bugging me that I can't figure out what kind of dog Shadow is, because I'm usually really good at that. BUT OMGOMGOMGOMG! *raises hand* *jumps up and down* PICK ME PICK ME I KNOW THE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I think she's a Keeshond mix. With her coloring I'd say she's Keeshond/German Shepherd.

A girl on another forum I go to has a full blooded Keeshond, and she looks SO MUCH like Shadow. When I saw her, I was like "o.o". Okay, anway, here are the pictures:

That coat looks almost just like Shadow's. The face looks similar too, except shadow's is purdier.

I found a pic of a Keeshond, German Shepherd and Husky mix on Google.

That doesn't look at all like Shadow, but the husky could have screwed it up. Stupid huskies. :(

If it's a puppy then it still could be. I have a (film) picture of Shadow as a 2 year old puppy, she doesn't at all have long hair. She was still kinda big though.

Well different mixes can do different things depending on how much of each breed is in them. Gilly's Peanut is a black lab/german shepherd, but so is this:



Looks nothing like her. Just depends on the dog.

Looking through photos, Shadow may be keeshond/chow. This is a picture of one I found:
