Ok, here is a basic tutoriol on making a sig in MS Paint. If you have any problems, post them. ;) Here we go..

Open MS Paint:



1. Choose the width of your sig, and the height.  You do this by going to "Image" and then going down the list untill you get to "Attributes."



2. We'll do a 400 by 200 sig, since that's a normal sig size for this site. ;)



3. Now, go find the image you will want in your sig, once you have, go to a new paint window and paste it.



4.  Now that we have pasted it, we will know cut out the picture so only the dog is in it. On the toolbar, look for a star shape. Click that.



5. Go around your subject with the line, this will cut it out. Copy that, by right clicking and pressing "copy."



6. Paste your cut-out subject into the first paint window.  Now we shall re-size it...



7. We will know re-size it. Go to "Image" and click "resize/skew."



8. Make it smaller, try 70 by 70. MAKE SURE THE NUMBERS ARE THE SAME. (Exple: Do not go 65 by 40. This will mess the picture up.)



9.  Now that your subject is smaller, it will fit better into the sig!



10. Now, let's go back to Atribbutes and make it 400 by 200 again.



11. This is what you should NOW have. (or something close to it. ;P)



12. Use the bucket (in the tool bar) and pick a color. Fill in the blank areas with color.



13. Click the big blue "A" in the toolbar, this is the symbol for writing. Pick a color DIFFERENT from your background color so it will show up. Then simply put in what you want to say.



14. Personally, I like to put a border around my sig. Click the rectangle in the toolbar, and at the VERY top of your sig, click and bring it around. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it!



15. Save your project!
