Why did I choose orcagirl for best coloring job?
She left no white in the image besides the grass -- I look at EVERY little detail. The only things that bothered me in this image is the back legs -- the one on the side facing you is too wide. Hard to explain, just not shaped right. The other one is too small. Overall on the coloring job, very nice. I mainly looked at the coloring. Also, what I like, is that it's a scene. I like scenes, and you didnt add too much. You didn't go crazy with the scene detail.

Best Shading Job:

- DM4
I chose DM4 to win this because she didn't put a pound of graphite on the image. She lightly shaded here and there, and made it detailed good JUST from the shading. Also that you didn't make the outline blend in with the shading.

Overall winners 1-4:

I like your fur detail, the way you draw the fur and such. No critism on this. But, very nice job. ;P

 
WMP -- 2nd
I wanted to give you second because I DID notice a few things wrong, but you did a nice job overall. I like the expression on the dogs face as well.


orcagirl -- 3rd
for a colored drawing, i must say you did a VERY good job. But, there's just a couple things that bother me. For one, the legs IMO are not shaped correct. Otherwise, no critism and nice job.

I wanted to give you fourth because I liked the coloring job -- and the way you did her eyes. also that you shaded a bit in the ears, and it shows much emotion.

I'll enter this. But I want to clear something. Can you see in her back a blue spot? That is that I accidentally painted her back blue. >_> Just that.
