Sorrow

Today I asked for the most beautiful dog
and then she said she'll think about it
although when i thought she would say yes
i went researching for the perfect sort of dog

Then i asked a ton of questions
Online, to my friends who own dogs
but it was too good to be true

She said no way no way ur brother allergic to fur!
And there i ask why did you make me research everything?
I run and lock my door in sorrow
in sorrow....
thats the way i feel

Summer's here,

I was left out here to die,
They hated me,
Even though I tried,

I loved them,
And they used to love me..
But everything's changed,
It was ripped at the seems,

I was left on the ground,
Starving and beaten,
It was I badly defeaten,
Why was it you?

I asked that over, and over,
Why was it I?
Your best friend... Rover...

Mankind is rough,
They're hard to explain,
They're selfish and greedy,
And always complain,

Yet it is weird,
For I've always loved them,
More than they loved me,
I was the love they could never see?

That's another unanswered question,
That was left me,
As I perish here,
It's the end of all scenes.

It starts to snow,
My life's to end,
But with one more question
Was I your bestfriend?
