nope,Paint cant do that.
Its corel 10,also I used paint too,I used corel for the background,border,and  bo in the background.
Paint was to put the full pic of Bo on,because it was messing up and wasnt putting the full pictures on.

Cool sigs. :P But blend the dogs pictures a little more. The edges are too sharp. ;P

BTW Is it just "Corel" or is it "Corel Painter Essentials"? Beacuse if it's like what I have, I could help you learn a little about it.
