Thats awesome! I love the background and text =D

The only thing I suggest is maybe adding a picture of some random dog or Nintendog. Other than that great job :P

I don't really like the rain effect on it. It looks funny and darkens it too much. I don't really like to use the rain effect, personally. And if you don't want to change it, (I forget EXACTLY how...) make the "rain drops" longer. It will make it take more of a rain effect to it than just granular effect.
