I'm stealing Lock's spoiler tag idea.

Spoiler: There's something interesting about that one I noticed. The bird didn't make the frame, but I zoomed in and saw this (no this isn't another ghost picture):

That's a wasp flyingby. :D
I'm surprised my camera was able to pick that up. I think the shutter speed was only around 400th of a second, I wish I had it at 4000 so I could see all of its detail. I got real lucky.

I realize these aren't very impressive because I only have a 55mm zoom, but I did some in-camera trimming and got these. I'm surprised it still has so much detail.

I'm glad that one didn't poop on me, I was right below it.

I have the epic flower-sucking moths here so I got some pics of them too. It was my first time taking this type of picture so I didn't want to get too close and scare it off.

You can see its whisker. :O I wish I had a telephoto lens.

I dunno why I didn't save the zooms but there's another moth pic that shows all of its whiskers and everything. I'll post it later.

That's some of the best detail I've seen from this camera so far.

yeah it's edited, the original was overexposed and when I was tweaking I got that purdy effect.

I got that effect (again) while tweaking with the exposure.

I'm very fond of those two.

I did some experiments with an incense stick. I used a backdrop and lit one and took pics of the smoke with flash.
It's actually a good experiment cuz the smoke's really hard to focus on; autofocus doesn't work and with that backdrop it's hard to manual focus too.

Spoiler: but first here's superfly:

in the full image you can see all the little hairs on him :)

the smoke pics are really dark so they're distorted. Also if you're on a desktop you might not see it too well, apparently they don't like these pics.

I like the smoke pattern but I hate the light, and the backdrop is showing :(

and then I forgot to move the flashlight that was helping me manual-focus :D

I always didn't like the smell of incense. But everyone loves the way smoke looks! Light smoke, at least.

Manually focusing must've given you some trouble :O
