Flashlight beams is a nice idea.

And nice droplet pictures. I've never staged the situation (the only time I've actually taken them is during rain), so I can never get that neat one-droplet look. The green is pretty calming.

Yeah, I wish I could get it to look like it does in real life. But that's impossible, for any camera.

Yeah I didn't want the trees to be there, but there's trees everywhere here. Today seems pretty calm, I'll try taking some more tonight if it doesn't get windy.
I tried doing 15 second exposures instead, the sunset-effect (its not really a sunset) was really weak.

It wasn't that windy though.

I use this tripod. It came free with my camera.
People on Newegg complain about it for some reason, but what do they expect for free? The tripod has a wobble issue when it's at a certain angle, but I can easily fix that just by moving it a bit.
