Any tips for lineart once i take a pic/ scan it and put it on the comp.? I went over it with black felt tip pens before hand, so now what? Thanks

There is a program you can download called Inkscape, I've never used it, but here's a quick tut I found on Nsider a long time ago. Screenshotted, because I took it when Nsider closed, and it was in my FF bookmarks.

Well actually it was two guys on another guy's comic thread fighting about the program......But that's not the point. XD
