This isn't a sig, and it is NOT done yet (still needs a couple hours of work) but for the most part it's done. There's only a couple minor things (yeah, minor things that will take hours) I need to change but before I say it's finished I'd like to repair anything you find wrong with it - it's not a sig, it's a wallpaper.
The reason the tree is a silhouette is that it's a foggy night/dark-abandoned-place/fantasy theme. I threw the fairy in for flavor - it'll fit in more when I'm done. You wouldn't see any details on a tree in real life in that kind of conditions.
Animated rain, IMO, is kinda ugly so I put in still rain and some fog at the bottom. I don't really like the look on the "fairy" (pony thought it was a leaf! >:( ) but I can try to fix it later.
