That's upsetting! :( -hugs- I'm sorry about that unexpected turn.. I'm sure in the end Holly will find a great home and finish off the rest of her years happily.

Okay, so I guess you could call it a blessing in disguise that the lady couldn't take her because I just talked to Holly's breeder, and they want to take her!!!! They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice, and take excellent care of their dogs. She also owns some of Holly's brothers/sisters. She's gonna be so happy there. They have a HUGE farm that's totally fenced for her to roam on. We're going to bring her there, and I'll get pictures. Not sure when she's going, but I'll let you know. Also we talked to a lady who works at a vet (not our vet - though we talked to them too) who is good friends with a lady at our church who we asked to take dixie, but she said she couldn't, and she wants one of the yorkies! And her neighbor wants the other one! They seem really nice, and the vet lady has maltese who she wants a friend for. And since she's a vet she'll be a really good owner. So I'm going to meet them before I say yes or no, but I hope it works out. They live like really close too, so we can visit. I'll keep you guys updated on everything.

Holly went home yesterday...we drove two hours to bring her there. It kinda sucked...driving home two hours without her was...really hard. We stopped and saw Twilight on the way back though, so it made me happy. Holly LOVES the other dogs there. She was trying to play with them but she had to be on her leash cause it was dark, and we didn't want her to run off (they live on a huge farm). They have a bunch of her brothers and sisters (her mom died, so they kept all the puppies) and they look alot like Holly! I would've taken pictures but it was dark. We'll be back though. And they have two teeeeeny Australian Shepherd puppies. I wanted them. They were so small, and they were licking my face. Holly seemed really happy there. When we left I started crying...I sobbed the whole ride home. That's when my dad stopped at the theatre and we went and saw Twilight. I looked so hideous cause I'd been crying hahahaha. Anyway, the homes for Dixie and Lucy didn't work out because they wanted puppies, but our veterinarian LOVES Dixie, and wants her really bad (they have another yorkie) and so we're bringing her there today. It's going to be tough..but she'll be really happy and they litterally live right down the road so I can see her alot. My mom sells cheesecake to their dairy, plus the husband & daughter are our vets, so we know them really well. We don't know what we're doing with Lucy yet. We're trying really hard to convince my dad to let us keep her, but who I doubt it'll work. I'm going to try emailing the owner of Lucy's brother, Franklin and see if she wants her. I'll keep you guys updated.
