Mine kinda was..and kinda wasn't. It was pretty scratched thanks to my 8 year old sister, but other than that, it worked okay. But the Lite pwns it, so ya. =D

I got the DS Lite 10 days after my  it's release biggrin.Although it broke for the first time a few months later.Then it broke again on December 31st.
