rate my empoleon
its lvl 48 and it knows Bubble Beam, Aqua Jet, Attract and Rock Smash (i need that to smash rocks...)

I don't think attract is a very good move for an Empoleon. XD

His moveset should be something like this:

Surf
Drill Peck
Earthquake
Something else that's good

Never use HMs. Catch a rock type Pokemon to use for Rock Smash.

Empoleon has better Sp. Atk than Attack. If you're gonna make him a sweeper, make him a special sweeper, not a physical sweeper.

I screwed up my Empoleon's moveset by giving him 2 physical moves and 2 special moves ._.
