I actually needed it then and there, but now I don't need it.
I got the program and I'm starting to it. I got my first one done, but I hate that I can't do depressions, only mountains (or at least I can't figure out how) and everything is so round and not realistic-y in shape. I did one, and it's alright for a beginner, I guess.

First, what are depressions? 2. In order, for me to see it you need to pictofy it. My compy cant handle a little box coming up it's too much excitement for it y'know? And I can't see it in a link because it's too much to handle for it. So.. I can't tell you how to do anything unless I see it..
I'm on my sister's compy now. Now I can see it. Well, if you want to see the sun more you can lower the corona size and put the glow power a little higher. Or change the cloud cover. And i dunno what kind of terrain you used for that but you could use different kinds other than the usual rock. Also if you wanted to see the detail in the rocks in the distance more you could lower something but I forgot the name of it... You could change the scenery too by doing the 3D preview. 'Could also make more rocks with one of tools that's with the terrain in the rendering control box. You couldddd alssooooo chnage the angle of the sun.
But I wouldn't do anything so dramatic yet, such as a sunset. I've been using terragen, and that's the only reason why I made my sunset. Ypu need to experiment basically with everything in Terragen, to get used to it.
