Really? -is in shock-

It only turns off if the charger is plugged into the iPod and the wall. And the people at the Apple store couldn't fix it, beh. So no music for a while. -joy-

Yuppp XD But you know what I did? I let the battery die, and then charged it again, and then I turned it off. It actually worked. XD

Try that before getting it fixed or buying a new one. :)
