Have you read about the breeds she is?
Reesearch, getting a dog because it's cute will not work most of the tiime.
But yeah, I waited two years for the right dog to come to the shelter..you'll get one. =)

Ask her and tell her the things you'd do for your dog, tell her you'll take care of him everyday! You have to let her know you will or else she won't let you, I did that to convince my mom and stepdad, and believe me my stepdad ain't to easy to convince but I tried and tried and soon I had my doggie Scruffy back, so you have to convince her that you will take care of this dog, but I'm not saying to come up to her everyday and say all the endless things you'd do for this dog, just be her reminder every so twice a week maybe, or a little more, but you have to try, it might convince her who knows...

That's true also you have to study on her breeds (since she's mixed) So that you know what you're getting yourself into too

Thanks for this!This is technecally my best choice of an answer!But Harley just got adopted and i'm planning now on getting a smaller dog because of the size of my house! I was going to actually say something along those lines!My idea was telling my mom that i would take care of it and i would do anything to get it! Plus i dont use my room anymore so it can live in my room! I would just maybe rearrange it a little,clean it, and im set to go! And when i have piano class and it has to be quiet i would just let it play outside in our FENCED backyard! Plus i could aslo take it on walks to my friends house and the dog park near us! so something along those lines!

i know you guyz are probobaly asking about my dad. But he's not a problem because he WANTS a dog and my mom wont let me and him get one...i know sounds sorta weird

i wanted a dog 2 (but a boxer) and i beged and begged but he always said no and got mad thin one day i don't know if my dad hit his head well i was in my moms friends pool and he came out and said "you can have a dog but, you have to take care of it" so i almost started to cry and sad "i will" i hope your mom will be like that.
