im worried....

we went somewhere and when we came back something when wrong with my brother's drive on the computer...there was a blue screen showing "error" and we dont know why its been for a long time now...he might get his drive fixed by Best Buy what should we do?

Re-boot the computer xD Just turn it off, let it sit for a little while, then turn it back on.

I'm not a member of the "Geek Squad" but I live with 2 of them. As they would say, "reformat your hard-drive", I don't know how to when all you get is the blue screen of death so I guess you should just get a new hard drive or look around the internet.

he has a lot of files that he needs and the hard drive doesnt work
its malfunctioning (sp?)

 If it doesn't work and you can't do anything there's nothing else you can do.
