Here is where I'll post my Paint tutorials for people wondering how to make awesome sigs on Paint, the program that comes on your computer.
Tutorial on Making Backgrounds:
Open up Paint. Go to Image>Attributes. I'll be using a picture that's width is 500 and length is 200.
Now, make stripes, spots, or whatever design you want. Don't use color, you can make it colorful later.
Now, click the bucket tool. (Circled above) Pick a color, and fill in one of the patterns that you made.
Continue doing this, changing colors as you wish.
You're done! You cna add some extra details, and congrats, you've created a Paint Works background. I know it's not very good, but with the next few tutorials that I'll make you'll become a lot better, this is just for starting backgrounds. Feel free to post results!
