First, is it free? I read something about $3.45 a month, and I can't pay for anything right now, I'm saving up for a trip.

Second, can I have you guy's DeviantART's? I've tried looking for some of my RL BFF's there, with no avail. So can you help me out so I can compile my list of DeviantARTists I know?

Yup, good place.
I've been going there almost ever since I got GIMP. I only recently made a account though. I like how people there aren't completely "oh, that's amazing!" all the time and actually give you some tips on how to improve, whether what you posted is good or not. Other people *coughnsicoughder* are just interested in getting more posts.
I don't plan on posting many dog photos unless it's a good shot.

Anyone know where the signature/GIMP category is? I can't find it, but I've seen other people use it.
