Just wow imo... But what do you think and how do you think I can improve?
Well, you may not see it in my drawing, but I used shading. I used different colors for each color on the dinosaur. For instance, for the white on his tail, I first shaded the bottom with grey. Then to get the fading look, I used a kneaded eraser whichh is now dead from being used so much. xD I also added a bit of blue, and blended it. I just need a blending pencil to smooth out the lines on the dinosaur for certain colors [the green.] I used colors such as brown, grey, red, blue, and other dark colors. Although, DO NOT use black. I'd try that to shade, and then go over it.
I may eventually do a tutorial on this technique, since it's a tutorial for a kind of drawing that looks like it's popping out of the paper.
About your drawing.. Well, you won't be able to improve that drawing itself to how the dinosaur is, since in order to do my technique you need to follow it exactly. But -- Now, I've never tried this before. I would try darkening up the areas and taking some form of eraser, and lightening up the stomach, as if to add shine to the coat of fur on the horse. I'm not as good with horses when it comes to coloring, but I'm pretty good with dinosaurs. If I was in this position, I would trace the original drawing, try what I recommended on the copy, and if it doesnt come out good, I'd throw it out, and keep the original drawing. ;P You kinda can't say you traced something if you drew the original, if you drew the original it means you drew it but you didn't at the same time. ;P Or, just try a sample, such as a sphere on a plate.

But I agree with Pony on the eraser-shining thing. It would really brighten it up. Also, when you learn how to shade, yeah. That position the horse is in deserves some shading. ;) I believe the back legs and below the stomach area are a bit squished, do you see it?
But otherwise that, UNBELIEVABLE job. O.0

now, IMO, the neck almost looks like the neck sorta looks like a banana XD were u singing banana phone while drawing it? :| :P And the back legs look alittle....weird... And some shading would do it some good :P
