Chapter 9
Shengu awoke, looking outside. It was March. Her pups were older, and she was ready to mate again. At that time, she was most vulverable. Domain woke up, too, as well as everyone else. Domain was protective-- very protective. Shengu's stomach growled. "Man! I guess I'm hungry! Let's go hunt." Domain agreed. Katsuki would stay behind and babysit. So, Domain and Shengu set out to hunt. They targetted a small deer. Shengu went out first, zooming as fast as lightning. Then a white dash of faster lighting jumped on her and she and that white thing rolled down into the forest. It was too fast for Domain to see, and all Domain knew was that she wasn't there. He looked everywhere, with no success. Shengu landed a harsh landing. Her eyes were still closed. Whatever pushed her, was now on her, pinning her. She slowly opened her eyes. It was Angel. "A--" Shengu tried to yell, but Angel stuck his paw on her mouth too quickly. She tried to get out, and she was turning red. Angel was too strong. Shengu couldn't do a thing. "I'll hunt you down if you even try to get away..." Angel said, evilly. Domain couldn't find her and was freaking out. He ran into the woods Shengu was in, heading her way. But time was runing out. He caught Shengu and was just about to mate with her. Domain was running at top speed. Five minutes later he saw Shengu, on the ground, huffing and panting. Angel just got away with it-- Shengu was pregnant. Domain asked her where she went. "I didn't go anywhere. Angel pushed me away and...And..." She burst into tears. "He mated with me- and I'm sure he was successfull." Domain turned red. He was filled with anger. His eyes were becoming a red color. He asked her where he went, and she pointed towards the way he went. Domain ran so fast you'd miss him if you blinked. He found Angel, and tackled him, biting his ears and tail, as well as his face and body. Angel also attacked him, biting much. But since Angel got what he wanted, he was no longer crazed, and he wasn't as strong. The fight was bloody. Domain pinned Angel, and Angel was bloody and scared. Angel feared for his dear life. "What have you done?!!?" Domain yelled. "I...I..." Angel shook with fear.


 Domain looked deep into his eyes, and had a flashback of when he looked into Angel's eyes when he had come back from getting the cure-- for him. He snapped back, looking just as scared as Angel. "What have I done?!?!!" Angel was confused. Domain said: "Angel, why did you do that to her?!" Angel just stared. "I...I don't know. I felt as if I were a wolf with evil filled in him." Domain just looked at him. Then he knew what was wrong-- Angel was never taught to be good. "Angel, I know the problem...If I let you go, will you stay here?" Angel nodded in agreement. He wasn't crazy anymore, and wanted to know what was wrong with him. Domain got off. "Follow me..." Domain said. He went to Shengu. Shengu was filled with fear: "Get him away!!" She yelled. Domain explained everything to her. Shengu was mad still, and ran home to her pups. Domain told Angel to sit. "Okay, listen," He said. "When your mother left you, did anyone teach you anything?" "No. I learned everything by myself." Angel said. "I think that one thing you couldn't teach yourself was very important. That was love. You couldn't teach yourself that if everyone else avoided you. I don't know how you even knew how to offer to help us. You did a lot of things that had love, and I think who helped you do that...You don't know or have." Domain said. "Who?" Angel asked. "Christ." That day, Angel beleived, and now was clean, and good. Back at the den, Shengu told Katsuki what had happened, and Katsuki was mad. First herself, now Shengu. But she had escaped, and Shengu didn't. Now both of the girls were very mad, and wanted to get revenge on Angel. As Domain and Angel worked everything out, Domain decided that he could stay in his group. Will his small family soon become a clan? Perhaps so. Domain and Angel walked back, and when Shengu and Katsuki saw Angel, they immediately growled and snarled. They were mad. "It's okay, guys!" Domain said to them. He explained everything that happened to Angel. "But still! After what he did today?! What will happen when Shengu when she gives birth to his pups?!?! Huh?!" Katsuki demanded. Domain hadn't thought of that. "I...Umm...Well, Angel? What do you think?" Domain said. "Oh...Uhh. Man, I haven't thought of that...I don't know what to do now!" Everyone was slightly confused at the odd way he put things. "Well, since he made me pragnant, I think he shouldn't be allowed here until I've given birth. Then I might as well give them to him since he's responsible for them, but since I'm th mother I'm now forced to take care of pups that are not mine!" Shengu said angrilly. Angel walked away from her strong words into the forest. "But remember what he did for me, Shengu?" Domain said. "Yes, but still." Shengu said. "I can live by myself for...Months. But, you have to let me com in your group afterward. And I'd be more than willing to take care of the pups I'm responsible for." Angel said. "I wouldn't let you take care of the pups...But, since they're not of Shengu and Domain, I will" Katsuki said. And so, it was decided. Angel left and everyone headed towards the den. Laurie had just watched all day. They all went to sleep and had a good night.
