Do you need sodium or salt? Because sugary cereals have tons of sodium in them. Seriously. Like, 200mg per serving. o.o

If you want something fairly good for you with salt, try eggs. Add a ton of salt to them, it makes it taste better (saltier XD) and lots of salt.
