My friend Maddy and I would like to produce our own wolf trading card company. I would draw them, color them on Photoshop (which I will probably get in Dec. GO BIRFDAY WOOO) copy them, and sell them, possibly run a website for them too. The question I have is, how?
I've tried searching for things on google. They just have trading card makers that are being advertised, which is no help. I've started organizing a team, which has three now (wow that's certainly large. :|) but we're guaranteed to get more. We'd have to copyright, color copy (which costs money :O), possibly make a website (which should be no trouble since we're learning how to do that in Tech class) and get the name out in the open, designing clever characters, falmily trees, etc. to get the cards organized.
I'm asking you HOW to do it, but I'd like to hear your thoughts/advice/suggestions. The current wolves i have come up with are Mashika and Amethyst, more soon. :D

It's June 2019. I came back to delete my signature of Ryan Ross doing cocaine (not that I am the one who put it there).
I don't think you can make a company until you're an adult, and you'll need to do alot of studying before doing it - typically college. It'll also take alot of money probably.
I'm not trying to sound mean or anything, but you probably wouldn't be taken seriously trying to publish them. I've never heard of anyone in the "NKC age group" making a company, I could be wrong though. Again, not trying to sound rude, I just wouldn't want your hard work going to waste and you to be upset when you're not able to do it. Keep the thought going though, I'm sure you'll be able to do it eventually, just probably not right now unless you have professional/parentswithalotofcashbaybay help.
You can still make the cards or whatever, you just probably won't be able to sell it, and certainly you wouldn't be able to make a company right now by yourself. School would probably get in the way too - in fact, whatever happened to the girl on NSider's NKC who was going to make a Nintendogs 2 and copyright it and sell it and junk? I think she had like 2 guys helping out, but the closest thing to a finished product was a 3D dog with no texturing. (Not bashing, my little Game Maker project didn't get anywhere either, just pointing out that it's just too much work right now and she most likely wouldn't be able to sell it.) Running a company and managing a website is probably alot more work then that, especially if it turns out to be a big thing and your face is Copy+Pasted on lunchboxes and boardgames and stuff. MAYBE if your parents help you out you could do it. Have you asked them about it?

Yeha I understan about the whole "adult" thing. Lol'd at the CollarGirl Monopoly. XDD
I've told my mom, she thinks I should try, my dad would probably help though. He can work professionally with that type of stuff. However, I never thought of getting to be a giant company really, but if we kept this going till we were a little bit older we may be able to begin it. Not sure though. ;D
