The wind swept gently the leaves away from the ground, picked them up, and carried to an unknown paradise called Mankata, a human tribe whose exact location is unknown also. A young boy played peacefully with some rocks, throwing them towards the trees, making even more leaves fall down to the ground. The kid's long black hair waved with the wind. He seemed to be thirteen years old. The hours passed by, and the boy became bored, and so he decided to go for a short walk.
In his way, he found a black stallion eating his way through the grass on the meadow. The boy, whose name was Brave Wolf, silently approached the mighty beast. His only white spot was one on his forehead. Brave Wolf admired his beauty, so he decided to try to tame it.
"Horse, come here," said the young boy, "Brave Wolf has something for you."
The horse, for a moment, looked like it understood what the boy was saying. It lifted its head, looked at Brave Wolf, and ran away. Brave Wolf looked dissapointed, but he had hope of taming it.
The night arrived, the birds went to sleep, the stars appeared, lighting up the boy's way through his home. When he arrived, Brave Wolf's father, Green Leaf, welcomed him back, and the boy and his family went to sleep for a long night.
