I want a kodak camera. Either the kodak easyshare c875 or the kodak easyshare Z710. The only thing about the Z710 is that I'm like a mini-photographer right now [:p] and I don't think I've developed enough to get that one.
I am serious about photography so I want a decent camera. If anyone has any cameras worth reccomending at my level, please do ^__^

If it was me, I'd go with the c875. And NO, I'm not just saying it because I have it. I'm saying it because it's more..compact, and it's small and can fit in your pocket, and it's just a great all around camera that can take awesome shots of anything. Easier to use IMO. I tried the Z710 at school and it was..confusing. Even though it only has 5x zoom..it's still really good and you can still get awesome shots with it. And really, you don't need much zoom if you're just starting out.
Also, it's at a CHEAP price for 8 Mega Pixels. Under $200 for a decent 8 MP Kodak camera.. you honestly can't go wrong.
I got mine last year for Christmas, and I love it so, so much. I use it pretty much everyday and it's my life. XD And you get so many scene modes on it, 20+. Amazing little thing for a great price.
Just checked the price to help you out a little bit, and it's $122. I think that's around what I got mine for.

Thanks for the advice Gilly! Thats the same one I was leaning towards. I've also been reading reviews on it, and people seem to love it!
You can fit it in your pocket? Awesome :D Cause we like to travel and when we go places I wanna make sure I have the camera ready so I don't miss a shot. Because in photography, which I'm pretty sure every photographer knows, timing is everything.
Thank you so much for checking the price! That is a very reasonable price, and my parents would defidently go for it! :D

WELCOME!
And yep! I'd suggest getting a case for it though, so you can put memory cards and batteries in it, like I do. Keeps everything together!

Nothing big this year, really. I got riding lessons and my tablet *huggles* for my birthday, and I couldn't ask for more.
But here's my list (so far)
-A lot of Prismacolor pencils and a new sketchbook -Zoo Hospital for Ds (I'm a freak, I know) -Horsez 2 for Wii (I have a problem XD) -Sims 2:Castaway for Wii (I LOVE THE SIMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) -Nokota Horse from Breyer (weeeeeeeeeeeee!!)
That's all so far. I will be looking into other Breyer models and video games throughout the rest of the month. :B
1. A card reader, since my camera's USB port [pretty sure that's the problem] is screwed. 2. Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. 3: Nothing, really, I have everything I already want. But clothes, I guess, It's what I get every year.
