I agree with Psy, no one cares about the name. Changing it for no reason isn't "improving the forum".

The whole entire reason this website was made because the NKC on NSider closed.

Changing the name is pointless. Very, very pointless.

And all the banners that were made would be un-usable.

But I do agree, none of the Nintendogs boards are active (that I've seen)

Well, I would keep it the same, however if anything change New. You could make it something better like, well, don't know. But something. Also, back at NSider, that was why it was removed in the first place. We got way off-topic. But, no people really talk about Nintendogs, but back on the original Nintendogs, it had very specific forms with 1 mod and had only Nintendog icons and had only Nintendog-type usernames (sort of) and had lots of contests and pmed and had smiley wars and...need I go on? aww

It was fun, but the main reason that people come on here and why it seems crazy is the Off-Topic Board. (no offense) I mean, people just go there to talk about anything. I mean, isn't PMs for that? (no offense, again) Also, besides where you post about your dogs, the rest have been abandoned. Whoa... blankstare

I went on a rant again. But, the name doesn't stop people from going off-topic and not talking about Nintendogs, it is that Off-Topic board. Sorry if I offended anyone, but I believe it is true. You can stay with your opinion. So, you don't have to change it...except for that New. biggrin

No, PMs are not for that. PMs are for private conversations with your friends/whoever you are PMing. Not to "talk off topic".

Hmm...How do I put this...

It's like my dead and semi-inprogress forum, Inksider.

It's main base is the arts and writing, (thus INKsider) but it has other things. Off Topic Board, pure spam board (I clean it out every month to prevent a weird random board) petparazzi board, ect. The only thing that makes it part of Inksider is the names I gave them.

That's like us. Except, the dog part is starting to become smaller as time passes.

We need a COMPLETE makeover. And I know exactly what we need.

A name change is part of it....But I can't seem to grasp a great one.

No.. Like, if you want to know what people got for christmas I wouldn't go PMing the entire forum XD
People just find it easier to make it public instead of killing themselves to PM half the forum and who they want to tell. :p

Alright guys, thing is if Nintendo found out we used their name they could shut this place down. :O I don't think that will happen, but I think it's best if we change it.
I hate the name, really. It's so long. xD
