    Are you looking to adopt a little bundle of fur on your Nintendo DS, but aren't sure if it's as good as it sounds? Well, you've come to the right place! 

   In this game, you want to adopt a cute little kitten of your own, and the local animal shelter has many kittens in need of a home. Can you adopt one and care for it? 

  
  How do I adopt a kitten? This game starts at the animal shelter, where there'll be Abyssinians, American Shorthairs, Ocicats, Siamese, and Ragdolls. Each breed has 3 different choices, all in different colors. For example, in the American Shorthair section, there is a silver tabby, but there's also 2 other colors like a Red tabby. Every cat has a unique description of where it cam from. For example, there have been cats found living with lions, or living in cars. If you want to look at a kitten, you can choose to pet it first before you decide if you'd like to adopt it or not to see how you get along with it.

   Once you've chosen a cat, you take an adoption test. In this test, there will be a picture of a cat and a picture of something else. You must correctly identify as many cats as you can in the time limit. Your score at the end will determine how many Coinz you start out with. Once you've done this, you will name your cat. It's best to name it an easily pronounced name, because if your cat is in a good mood it will come to you when you call it. After this, you'll bring your cat home. 

  Now you'll be at home, where you can buy things, dress your cat up, take pictures of your cat,recieve e-mails, do tasks like taking pictures and receiving cards and coinz from your neighbors, and more! Most of this is done through your PDA.

  Your PDA is a Personal Digital Assistant. You can view your items, view your cat's stats, view your tasks, customize your house, feed, play, and dress up your kitten, view your published magazines, view cardz, and view e-mail. You get e-mail from the shelter, your neighbors, your vet, and your aunt. 
  
  Your PDA also has a camera. you can take pictures of your cat with it. You can send the pictures to people via Wireless Multiplay. You can also submit them to a magazine when the time comes. If you photograph well, your neighbors will ask you to take pictures for them. They'll also seek your help to take care of their cat, babysit and more. If you complete their tasks, you'll recieve a card with cat information or Coinz. When you arent getting emails or tasks, you can spend time with your kitten.

  You can use Coinz on furniture, food, accessories and more. You can buy things to dress up your cat. Some items won't be at the store at first, as the store recieves more items later in the game.

  Pros: You can dress your cat up in many clothes at a time, which is pretty cool. This game also has good graphics, and you receive e-mails from neighbors and other people, good graphics. The cats are also very realisitic. i got a cat that looked just like one of my real cats, and it acted and looked just like it. I also think it's cool how every cat has a story of where it comes from.

  Cons:While waiting for a task, it can get a little boring if you run out of coinz. The room your cats in should be better. Can be repetitive while waiting for tasks or e-mails. 

  Overall: I really liked this game because it's hardly reptitive. There's always new tasks and things to look forward to. Plus there's weekly contests like the picture cover contest. it can get a little boring while waiting for a task, but if there were always tasks there'd never be time to spend with your kitten. 
 
Graphics: 9/10
Game plot: 9/10
Tasks: 7/10
Music: 6/10 It has lyrics to one of the songs, but the voice is freaky. :P

Overall: 8/10
It's a great game!

Thanks! :) i got theat game for christmas. I was so happy, i looked for it everywhere. all i could find was the Catz 2,but it was more expensive, so I was happy to getthis for the holidays

Well, everyone has their opinions, and they are very welcome at this review. After all, most people reading reviews are looking to buy the game but want to see if it's worth while. Your opinion might warn them and give them second thoughts and save them from buying a game that is never played. I think it can get repetitve and boring when they start giving you less tasks, and sometimes the tasks make no sense. For example: "My cat is running around and will not sleep." I did that one, and before i did anything the cat just fell asleep. XD So, thanks very much for posting your opinion! :)
