That determines if it is "offending" or not.

Does not affect the fact it's "flame bait".

"flame bait" is saying something about something that is (blatantly) obviously not wanted or cared for by many people.

In this case, Veoria's opinion differs from just about everyone's here, quickly claiming it to be "Flame bait".
