Idk, I don't think they are. I mean Canada is part of North America, but they aren't americans. I think the same can be said of Puerto Ricans.

I'm Puerto Rican. I live in PR.

We ARE americans; we're just not a state. We live under American regiment, we have American dollars, we DEPEND on U.S.
