Uh, I don't think Psy was the oldest MOD. xD

And he had good reason to deactivate his account, believe me. I support him with that. I was on alot, almost as much as he was, and yeah we talked through PMs, but it doesn't matter because I have him on MSN and we talk every chance we get so yeah.

But yes, in my personal opinion, he's one of the best Mod's I've ever see on any forum.
