Oh yeah, Pete and Patrick from Fall Out Boy have a podcast on iTunes. They put on snippets of some songs on the album, including "American Suitehearts", "What a Catch, Donnie", and more!. They also created weird analogies about thanksgiving dinner.

Also, Fall Out Boy is going to be performing "I Don't Care" and another song on NBC this Saturday, Oct. 11 at 8/7 central for Macy's Passport special!! Check it out. (Check your local listings too!)
