I dunno, but he always blocks it with some orange thing so he doesn't get blinded. Why use a light thats gonna blind you? >:( a bit overkill, no?
He doesn't point it at his eyes anyway, the only light he'll see is the light he's shooting into my mouth. what a paranoid poopy nose

you dont see the eye doctor slowly edging away from you when they put in drops, like your eyes are gonna explode or something

My dentist used to give me weird glasses to wear. But now there's no bright light at the new dentist.

Really? I wish my dentist gave me cool glasses. =[ He just has that orange plastic visor to sheild his eyes.
My orthodontist used to use it when he was gluing junk to my teeth, and my dentist used them when he was doing my sealants, so I think it dries the cement and sealant stuff and whatnot. So maybe if you look at it, it dries your eyeballs out. =o
And then you'd have to go to the eye doctor more so that they can put more junk in your eyes. =[ So I'm glad I never looked at it. :D
