Well, I'm an avid Obama supporter. It's time for change.
I didn't realize there were so many white supremacists on these boards.

You kidding me? We don't care at all that he's black, and that's a very typical answer. "OH YOU JUST DON'T LIKE HIM CUZ HES BLACK!!" I'm not racist, I just don't like him as a president and I don't think he's going to be a very good one. Man, I didn't know you were a black supremacist!

Ah, the irony. :] Obama is "pro-choice." Pro-choice organizations (like Planned Parenthood) target minorities. For example, in 2000, African-american women "represented 13.7% of the U.S. population of women of child-bearing age" but "accounted for 31.7% of all abortions performed that year".
Does anyone besides me see something wrong with that picture?
(Granted, abortion, in general should be illegal, but my point is that, if anyone is rascist, it's the abortion industry.)
I'm very aware that Obama isn't going to be a perfect president, but he's definitely going to be a better president than Bush. He understands what americans are going through. He doesn't own seven houses by the way.
I agree that McCain has more experience in foreign policy, but right now, we're having problems of our own here at home. Why will go out and fight a war when many people here at home are losing their jobs.
I respect Senator McCain as a great american hero, but having McCain as president would have been pretty much another term for president Bush...
What the heck? What irony? Statistics aren't racist.
If I said Asians had the highest percentage of any race with people below 6 feet (and that sounds pretty plausible), I'm not being racist. Just because it involves race doesn't automatically make it racist. (I'm Asian, by the way.) Perhaps it's just true that African-American women get the most abortions. That's not Planned Parenthood's fault (well, maybe it is if they're handing out abortions to anyone), but Planned Parenthood doesn't say "Hey, only black people can get an abortion." I fail to follow your logic, RL.
Also, Blaze? Supporting for McCain=/=White supremacist. Another thing that annoys me. Just because I don't agree with Obama, that doesn't mean I'm racist.Disagreeing with his policies is different than disliking his race. Cripes, the race card seems to be a favorite around here.
I think the war was fairly justified. When terrorists flew planes into buildings and killed 3,000 of our own people on our own soil, I wouldn't want to twiddle my thumbs. I would want those responsible to be brought to justice.
And as I brought up earlier with small businesses, more taxes mean less revenue for job hirings. Something to think about.
If anything, I think McCain would have more bipartisanship than Obama. Obama's too liberal for me... he's on the far left. Meh. To each his own.
There're not saying that only blacks can get abortions, but they're targetting the minority groups. Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, was a strong advocate of eugenics. I suppose I probably should've started with that, but too late now. And I don't really have time to get into this at the moment, perhaps later today or monday.
Targeting minority groups? How? I don't think Planned Parenthood forces anyone to get an abortion, or specifically targets a certain race ("Hey, you're black? GET AN ABORTION RIGHT NOW.)
But I disapprove of Planned Parenthood as a whole, and I think this is kinda a tangent.
white supremacists? are you serious? come ON. it's 2008. no one is racist on this board. the main topic is about the ISSUES. not his skin color. [he's not even 100% african-american] There are white ppl on this board who have black friends. Don't judge. People here aren't like that. jeeeeeze.

So you don't think it's at all odd that blacks are making up a much larger percentage of abortions than they are in population, and that the founder of the largest abortion provider in America was a supporter of eugenics? "Colored people are like human weeds and are to be exterminated." -Margaret Sanger Am I the only one that finds this disturbing? Not to mention that almost 80% of Planned Parenthood's clinics are in minority communities. Coincidence? I think not.
