it's a new "style" these days.
People think that you dress "emo" when actually emo is a term used to describe people who cut themselves because they are emotionally unstable.

I got called it for no reason in 8th grade.
It's sort of an insult, and not cool. Emo technically is goth, but when you're emo you cut yourself and you hate the world and you cry all the time.
I think stereotypes are dumb.

Yeah, it is. Just because of the music I like I get called emo? or the shoes I wear? Or even the band shirts I wear? ..I don't even know how SP is emo buuuttt let's not go there because they're really not.
But seriously judging people on all that is just stupid. Accept people for who they are and stuff you know? Who cares what stereotype you fit into?

A LOOOOT of people think they do because they're lyrics have to do with things that aren't happy. Like everyone's against me or life sucks or whatever.. But you know what? A LOT of people are able to relate to those lyrics, like me. BUT YEAH it's annoying and I wanna smack all their FACES!
