A1AD can include symptoms such as "enlarged liver, bleeding, and an abnormal accumulation of fluids within the cavities of the body". Other symptoms listed include, "hypertension, easy bruising, and abnormally enlarged vessels within the stomach or esophagus, causing internal bleeding". Apparently this may be the cause of bleeding in Michael Jackson.
